TIPS FOR A HEALTHY DIET
-The food pyramid:
A food pyramid is a triangle which explain us what we've got to eat for have a healthy diet. It's divided in five mains groups. What we see in the base is what we've got to eat everyday. And what we see in the top, is the type of aliments that we musn't eat a lot. In the pyramid's base we've got the first group. 'Bread, cereal, rice & pasta'. Carbohydrates, basically. We need carbohydrates in our life to stay strong all day. We must eat it everyday. The next group is 'Vegetables and fruits'. We need five pieces of fruits and vegetables everyday. Then we've got, 'Meat, fish and eggs'. We must eat it twice or three times a day. 'Dairy aliments' is the next group. For a healthy diet we must eat it twice or three times a day too. And finally, we've got 'Fats, oils & sweets'. This aliments aren't good for us, but we can eat it with moderation. If we take care of our diet, with looking at this pyramid, we will have a healthy and long life.
-The importance of sport in a healthy diet:
We must take care about what we eat. But, also, we've got to do sport for complete our healthy diet. If we do sport, we reduces stress, our bones and muscles work better, and they will have a better life. We can live more, too, if we do sport. Twice or three times a week is okay to have a healthy diet. After all, you'll be more relaxed.
-Eating disorders:
If we don't have a good diet, we can be ill. There are some serious problems with our diet. For example, anorexia is an eating disorder so serious. The person who has anorexia looks him or herself so fat. But, there isn't true! They are so thin, and they are ill. Because anorexia is an illness.
But, remember that, you can't be so obsessed with your diet. It is very good to have a healthy diet, but if this start to be an obsession for you it isn't good, because this obsession can turn to some eating disorders. You're perfect for who you are.
